Terms & Conditions for Authorized Console Users

These Terms govern access to and use of the Furaha WhatsApp Notification Console, including message sending, template management, bulk uploads, group management, logs, and settings.

1. Authorized Use

This console is for authorized Furaha users only. Each user is responsible for keeping credentials and bearer tokens secure. Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time if misuse is suspected.

2. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, data protection, consumer protection, and communications laws. Users may only message contacts where Furaha has a lawful basis and appropriate permission, opt-in, or relationship to communicate.

3. Message Content

  • Messages must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the recipient.
  • Templates must follow Meta review and category requirements.
  • Users must not send spam, misleading, abusive, or prohibited content.
  • Users must respect opt-out, deletion, and support requests.

4. Bulk Uploads and Groups

Bulk files and contact groups may contain personal data. Users must upload only data that is necessary, authorized, and appropriate for the intended communication. Uploads should be reviewed carefully before sending at scale.

5. Roles and Administration

Administrators may create roles, assign menu access, generate bearer tokens, and manage users. Admin access should be limited to trusted personnel because it can affect messaging, settings, logs, and account security.

6. Service Availability

Message delivery depends on Meta, WhatsApp, network providers, cloud infrastructure, and correct configuration. Furaha does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every message.

7. Data Protection

Users must handle all customer data in line with the Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and internal Furaha policies. Data should not be exported, copied, or shared outside authorized business purposes.

8. Data Deletion

Users and customers may request deletion of personal data associated with WhatsApp communications. Deletion requests can be started through the Data Deletion page.

9. Changes to These Terms

Furaha may update these Terms as the console, WhatsApp policies, legal requirements, or operational needs change. Continued use of the console means the user accepts the updated Terms.
